Death to Life (Part 3)

Although Meldon’s descendants represent Christians, accepting Christ as our Savior is a choice. Many are called, but few are chosen (Matthew 22:14).  Fortunately, His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).  He has given us a choice to begin or continue serving Him today.

Don’t stop me if you’ve heard this before…Andrius and Caedmon, two courageous (1) brothers, learn they’re survivors (2) of a sacred bloodline (3). The boys must journey (4) to retrieve the elemental weapons (5). Meanwhile Sahib (6), an evil sorcerer, seeks to murder the twins and attain the weapons for himself.

 The LOTK series is about the Christian walk of faith through Andrius and Caedmon. As they, we are to be courageous (1) in our endeavors alongside our brothers and sisters. We will survive (2) the enemy’s attacks, because we are covered by the sacred blood of Jesus (3). Our journey (4) towards Christ will develop and grow our faith (5 represented by the elemental weapons in LOTK). Meanwhile, Satan (6) seeks to take our faith and ultimately destroy us.

Sahib was sucking the life from Andrius and Caedmon. Likewise, Satan or life circumstances may have you by the throat. The ground is no longer under your feet. The mountains are crumbling, and the waters are roaring.

You are not alone. The Lord is our ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalms 146:1). God has a plan and good works for you to accomplish (Ephesians 2:10). Take hold of the Bible, study the Scriptures and pray.

Be the warrior God has called you to be, and don’t ever doubt your significance or strength. You are God’s special possession (1 Peter 2:5). You can do all things through Christ (Philippians 4:13). You are an overcomer (1 John5:5).
