Day One
I closed my eyes; grateful to be in right standing with God once again. Sleep came quicky, and it was deep. The night aged, and the sun began to rise.
This is another experience that I have only shared with a few people. Once again, I will warn you that it’s crazy, but it’s as real as the words on this page. God was about to reveal His creation in an amazing way.
Within the twilight of dawn, I suddenly found myself floating far above the earth. The sun was peaking beyond the horizon as a new day covered the ever-blue skies.
My vision was that of an eagle. I could see everything God created, and even more, I could feel it. Within my spirit was an internal map of the earth, and I had the innate ability to transport myself anywhere on the planet.
Every mountain peak, waterfall and the depths of the deepest caves were laid bare before me. The skies were teeming with birds. Zebras, antelope and wildebeest roamed the greenest plains. Fish and other creatures leapt from the oceans, lakes and streams.
Within this vast array of creation, I noticed the earth lacked skyscrapers, highways, towns or little roads. Humanity was small and had yet to make their mark upon the soil. I was in the past, and God was showing me the first week of creation in a dream.
I wished to continue my exploration, but something distracted me. At my side, a small white cloud began to form, and within it, a figure. Jesus was inside the cloud! It was unreal to be at His side, and all creation failed in comparison to His glory.
I continued to stare in awe when the Lord decided to speak. He taught me an important lesson that I’m about to share. I ask that you open your heart to Jesus Christ, because these next words could change your life.
“The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.”
Psalms 19:1
